+91 98967 93832The Autoignition Temperature Tester is designed to determine the lowest temperature at which the vapors of a liquid or solid chemical sample spontaneously ignite under prescribed laboratory conditions. The instrument measures and records the temperatures at which cool-flame and hot-flame ignition occur, as indicated by sudden temperature increases inside the sample flask. It also measures the ignition delay time between sample introduction and ignition.
The apparatus features a modified crucible furnace with a cylindrical heating chamber that provides excellent radial temperature uniformity. It operates from ambient temperature to 1200°C with temperature stability of ±1°C. A touch-screen control panel provides digital temperature settings and thermocouple readings, displaying all measured temperatures on a single screen.
The furnace cover includes ports for flask exterior thermocouples, while a borosilicate glass thermocouple tube ensures correct positioning of the gas temperature thermocouple inside the test flask. An adjustable mirror allows the operator to observe the flask interior safely during testing.
Manufactured by Atico Export for reliable autoignition temperature testing in chemical, petroleum, and research laboratories.
