Automated Air Release Valve Analyzer for Oil and Petroleum Testing Equipment

The Automatic Air Release Value Apparatus is designed to determine the air release properties of turbine oils, hydraulic oils, and lubricating oils. Air release is an important performance characteristic in applications where agitation causes air bubbles to become entrained in the oil.

During testing, the oil sample is heated to a specified temperature and blown with compressed air at a controlled flow rate. After the airflow is stopped, the apparatus measures the time required for the entrained air volume to decrease to 0.2%.

The system consists of a test vessel and air flow control equipment, along with an integrated touchscreen control panel, circulation bath, balance, and automatic lift system. It provides automated timing and density calculation to support air release value determination.
