Automatic Cloud and Pour Point Analyzer for Oil and Petroleum Testing Equipment

The Automatic Cloud and Pour Point Analyzer is designed to determine the cloud point and pour point of petroleum products and biodiesel fuels. These properties indicate how fuels, lubricants, and other petroleum products behave at low temperatures.

During testing, the specimen is cooled at a specified rate and examined periodically. The cloud point is recorded as the temperature at which a cloud first appears at the bottom of the test jar. The pour point is determined as the lowest temperature at which movement of the specimen can be detected.

The analyzer uses optical detection for cloud point measurement and an automatic tilt method for pour point determination. It features an integrated cooling system, wireless measuring heads, a touchscreen interface, and automated calibration functions. Test results can be viewed, printed, exported, and transferred to a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
