Automatic Viscometry System for Oil Fuel and Petroleum Testing Instruments

The Fully Automatic High-Temperature Kinematic Viscometer is designed to determine the kinematic viscosity of liquid asphalts, road oils, distillation residues, and other highly viscous samples at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for fuels, base oils, formulated oils, vacuum residues, additives, crude oils, waxes, heavy fuel oils, polymers, and asphalts. The programmable system measures viscosities up to 120,000 mm²/s at temperatures up to 150°C. It features automatic sampling, sample preheating, vacuum-based viscometer filling, dual-solvent cleaning, and automatic drying. The Ubbelohde-based viscometer tubes use thermal sensors to measure opaque fluids without requiring reverse-flow tubes. The compact system offers precise temperature control, accurate flow-time measurement, easy tube replacement, and chemically resistant components. It supports touchscreen stand-alone operation, PC-based control, data storage, calculations, and reporting.
