Butter Churn

Provides practical training in the preparation of butter by the traditional method, and allows the investigation of the effect of process temperature and agitation time.

The metal churn paddle is electrically driven. A multi-speed electric motor is mounted on the side of the vessel, which drives the paddle agitator.
