Frame Structure :

• –C– Channel Load Frames, welded at top as well as bottom with stand high loads.

Hydraulic Jack :

• Fitted at centre of base of load frame

Lower Platen & Spacer Block :

• Fitted on base with help of centering pin.

Lead Screw :

• Provided which passes through top of frame. Upper Platen is fixed to lower end of lead-screw with spherical seat for self-alignment.

Platens :

• Provided, accurately machined, hardened and polished. Lower Platen has grooves to correctly place specimen.

Ram :

• Provided
• Sufficient clearance is provided between the platens to fit in the cylindrical/ cube moulds. Spacer provided to adjust cubes and cylinders.

Pressure Gauge :

• Dia. : 20 cm; with maximum load induction pointer

Control Panel Console :

• Fitted with electrical motor connected to pumping unit. A slow / fast loading rate regulator fixed on top of the console for adjusting rate of loading.
