Configurable Multi Unit Freezing, Cloud, Pour for Oil Fuel and Petroleum Testing Instruments

The Automated Petroleum Low-Temperature Property Analyzer determines the cloud point, pour point, cloud and pour points, cold filter plugging point (CFPP), and freezing point of petroleum products and aviation fuels. Cloud point testing identifies the temperature at which hydrocarbon crystals first become visible, while pour point testing determines the lowest temperature at which the sample continues to flow. CFPP testing estimates the lowest temperature at which diesel, biodiesel, and heating fuels can provide trouble-free flow through certain fuel systems. Freezing point testing identifies the temperature at which solid hydrocarbon crystals disappear during controlled warming. The system features an integrated panel PC with a 12-inch TFT/LCD touchscreen, automated testing software, and real-time data display and recording. Direct cooling eliminates the need for solvent cooling baths, with one-stage and two-stage cooling configurations available. Multiple configurations support two, three, four, or six test positions, with analytical heads selectable for different testing methods.
