Fill Box Apparatus

The test apparatus consists of a clear plastic box that is meticulously designed for accurate measurements and evaluations. The box itself is made from transparent plastic, allowing for easy visibility of the contents during testing. Within the box, there are precisely arranged 35 plastic bars, each having a diameter of 20mm. These bars serve as a standardized means of measuring the fill volume and evaluating the performance of filling equipment or processes. The bars are evenly distributed within the box, creating a controlled environment for assessing fill levels and deviations.

The measurements of the height of the concrete at the side nearest the funnel, denoted as h1, and the height at the opposite end, denoted as h2, are crucial in calculating the average filling percentage. These measurements serve as key parameters for evaluating the distribution and level of the concrete within the structure or container.
