+91 98967 93832The Freefall Ball Release and Timing Apparatus is designed to measure gravitational acceleration through accurate and repeatable freefall experiments. A steel ball is held in a spring-loaded release mechanism, and the electronic timer automatically starts when the ball is released. Timing stops when the ball strikes the receptor pad.
The automatic start and stop mechanism, combined with high-resolution timing, enables students to obtain precise measurements of gravitational acceleration.
Designed and manufactured by Atico Export to meet the practical requirements of modern physics laboratories and educational training facilities.
Compatibility :
Designed for use with the following interfaces and timing devices:
Working principle :
A steel ball is secured inside the spring-loaded release mechanism. When the release mechanism is activated, the ball begins falling and the electronic timer automatically starts. As soon as the ball strikes the receptor pad, the timer stops. The measured fall time is used to calculate gravitational acceleration.
