It performs life performance testing and accelerated leakage tendency testing under controlled operating conditions. The life performance test applies a thrust load of 25 lbf (111 N), a spindle speed of 1000 RPM, and a spindle temperature of 160°C, using a 20-hour on and 4-hour off cycle until grease deterioration causes the drive motor torque to exceed the established endpoint. The number of operating hours until failure is recorded as the test result. The accelerated leakage test runs for 20 hours under similar conditions, after which grease and oil leakage are measured and the bearings are examined for gum and varnish deposits. The system features fully automatic operation and continuous digital monitoring of motor torque, rotational speed, chamber temperature, spindle temperature, cycle time, and elapsed time. It automatically terminates the test when the calibrated torque endpoint is reached. A built-in 30-second delay prevents false termination caused by momentary torque surges. The insulated temperature-controlled oven includes a 1200 W heater and circulation fan for uniform heat distribution.
