Hot Plate Plastic Welding Machine

Hot Plate Plastic Welding Machine is a device designed to combine different plastic materials and engineering materials by butt welding method.

The machine moves the plates with pneumatic movement cylinders, which ensures a precise and controlled welding process. Heating process can be selected in two different modes before welding :

• Direct contact heating : Provides heating by direct contact with the surface of the material.
• Contactless heating via radiant radiation : It provides heating via radiation without contacting the surface of the material.

The temperature of the heating plates can be controlled individually in both modes and can be set between a maximum of 270°C and a maximum of 350°C. Moreover, all parameters such as heating time, heating distance, welding temperature, welding time and welding pressure can be controlled and measured individually, providing complete control over the process.
