HYDRAULIC POWER PACK
The Automatic Dual-Stage Hydraulic Power Pack is designed to supply controlled hydraulic oil flow to the load frames during testing.

- Dual Stage Pump System
- The dual-stage pump consists of:
- Low-pressure gear pump
- High-pressure radial piston pump
- The low-pressure gear pump provides rapid approach.
- The high-pressure radial piston pump performs the test execution.
- The rapid approach function significantly reduces the time between piston movement and specimen contact, improving overall testing efficiency.
Motor
- AC motor
- Controlled by motor inverter
- Oil flow rate is adjusted by varying motor speed
Distribution Block
- The distribution block controls the oil flow direction supplied by the dual-stage pump.
It includes :
- Solenoid valve
- Maximum pressure safety valve

- High Precision Pressure Transducer (Optional Upgrade)
- Upgradeable to Class 1 calibration starting from 1% of full range.
