+91 98967 93832he Lead Corrosion Tester measures the corrosiveness of lubricating oils to lead in the presence of a copper catalyst. Lead and copper test panels are rotated in the test lubricant under specified conditions, and the degree of corrosion is determined by measuring the change in weight of the lead panel. The apparatus maintains lubricant samples at 163°C (325°F), with test panels rotating at 600 rpm and air supplied at a controlled flow rate. The system features ball-bearing spindles, a motor-driven counterbalanced support bar, and a safety microswitch that stops the drive motor when the support bar is raised. The fully insulated bath has double-wall stainless steel construction and a built-in rack for suspending test cells vertically at the correct depth. Microprocessor-based PID temperature control provides rapid stabilization, while independent over-temperature protection enhances operational safety. Dual LED displays show actual and setpoint temperatures in °C or °F. A circulation stirrer maintains temperature uniformity, and individual airflow to each test cell is regulated by flowmeters and valves mounted on a common manifold. Manufactured by Atico Export with a focus on precision, durability, and reliable performance for lubricating oil corrosion testing applications.
