+91 98967 93832The High-Temperature Lubricating Oil Foaming Tester evaluates the foaming characteristics of lubricating oils under high-temperature conditions. Foaming caused by turbulence, high-speed gearing, or high-volume pumping can lead to inadequate lubrication, cavitation, overflow, and premature oxidation. The test involves passing a controlled volume of air through the sample at 150°C, measuring the resulting foam at the end of aeration and at specified intervals afterward, and recording the time required for the foam to collapse to zero. Designed for two simultaneous tests in accordance with ASTM D6082, the system features a constant-temperature bath, microprocessor PID temperature control, and quick-response copper immersion heaters. A circulation stirrer maintains temperature uniformity better than ±1°F (±0.5°C). Dual LED displays show actual and setpoint temperatures in Celsius or Fahrenheit, while an over-temperature protection circuit interrupts power if the bath exceeds the programmed cutoff. Locking cams secure the test cylinders vertically, and a separate support rack holds them after removal from the bath. An acrylic heat shield surrounds the borosilicate glass bath jar for operator safety. Manufactured by Atico Export with a focus on precision, durability, and reliable performance for high-temperature lubricant foaming tests.
