Low Temperature Grease Flow Tester for Fuel Testing Instrument

The Low Temperature Flow Tester is designed to evaluate the flow properties of lubricating greases under low-temperature conditions. These properties are important for grease performance in central lubrication systems, vehicles, and machinery operating in cold and harsh environments.

The instrument determines the flow pressure of lubricating grease at temperatures down to −50°C using the Kesternich method in accordance with DIN 51805. Its specialized cooling system enables rapid cooling to the required test temperature without an expensive external cooling device.

The system incorporates precision-engineered components for accurate measurements, including at very low pressure ranges. A touch-screen interface with an integrated programmable logic controller (PLC) allows operators to adjust test parameters, select predefined settings, and configure customized test procedures. Remote monitoring and control are also supported through an app.
