+91 98967 93832The Aviation Fuel Freezing Point Bath determines the temperature below which solid hydrocarbon crystals form in aviation fuels. The freezing point is the lowest temperature at which the fuel remains free of solid hydrocarbon crystals that could restrict fuel flow. During testing, the fuel sample is cooled with continuous stirring in a Dewar-type sample tube until crystals appear. The redesigned constant-temperature bath supports freezing point determinations at temperatures as low as –100°F (–73°C). It features microprocessor-based PID digital temperature control, dual digital displays, selectable Fahrenheit or Celsius scales, and enhanced safety features. The bath uses air-cooled hermetic compressors with CFC-free refrigerants and a motorized stirrer for uniform temperature distribution without turbulence. Manufactured by Atico Export with a focus on precision, durability, and reliable performance for aviation fuel testing applications.
