MEMS Training System

MEMS (Micro-electromechanical Systems) based sensors such as accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer circuits are commonly used in smart portable devices. MEMS sensors have developed rapidly and are considered one of the most promising technologies today.

The system is designed as a MEMS-based training platform to help students learn various MEMS functions and applications in a systematic manner. It introduces four types of MEMS-based sensors :

• 3-axis accelerometer
• 3-axis gyroscope
• Barometer
• Magnetometer

To ensure accurate experimental results, a module with an X-axis rotation stand is specially designed to perform three-dimensional motion experiments using the accelerometer and gyroscope modules.
