Meter Stick Torque and Pendulum Apparatus

The Meter Stick Torque and Pendulum Apparatus is an improved laboratory setup designed for studying torque, rotational motion, statics and pendulum experiments. It features an aluminium meter stick mounted on a rod stand using a dual-ball-bearing pivot for smooth and stable rotation. The meter stick clamp includes a built-in bubble level to ensure accurate horizontal alignment.

The clamp provides two mounting positions: one centered on the meter stick for rotational and pendulum experiments, and another offset position that keeps the centre of mass below the pivot point for improved stability during torque experiments.

The mass hangers have a lightweight design with built-in angle indicators, allowing students to measure the angle of applied forces and perform different statics experiments. They can also be used as anchor points for suspension strings at different angles.
