Application :
The mixer has been designed to mix mortars and cement pastes primarily to the requirements of standards.
Operating System :
The mixing paddle has a planetary motion and is driven by a motor with microprocessor-based speed control and preset programs to meet all listed EN and ASTM standards, custom-designed programs, or manual mode.
The mode button is used for fast selection of different programs.
Mixing speeds :
Low speed : paddle rotates at 140 rpm with planetary motion of 62 rpm
High speed : paddle rotates at 285 rpm with planetary motion of 125 rpm
Automation Features :
An automatic sand dispenser is supplied with the mixer.
The machine is fully automatic and sand is discharged automatically.
Programmability :
Custom design allows 6 programs, with 4 programmable by the operator, where motor speed, sand dispenser position , and mixing duration can be set.
