Multisampler rod operated for Sludge & Sediment Samplers

The Multisampler is designed for quick and convenient collection of undisturbed sediment samples from wet, solid and fluid materials. This standard rod-operated set is suitable for sampling in water at depths of up to 5 m. It allows samples to be collected from specific depths without mixing them with upper layers. Controlled mixing of samples can also be performed during the sampling procedure.

Working method :

Samples are collected in a transparent tube, allowing immediate visual inspection and clear sediment profile description. The device is pushed into the sludge while the piston is maintained in a stationary position relative to the sediment to prevent compaction of the layers.

The piston is operated directly using a rod, allowing the sample to be pushed from the sampler into a sampling trough at the site. The sampling tube can be quickly disinfected or replaced, making repeated sampling easier.

The complete set is supplied in a carrying bag with a shoulder strap. The Multisampler is not suitable for hammering.
