+91 98967 93832The Oxidation Stability Test Apparatus is designed to evaluate the oxidation stability of lubricating greases under controlled temperature and oxygen pressure conditions. The sample is placed inside an oxidation bomb initially charged with oxygen at 110 psi (758 kPa) and maintained at an elevated temperature for a specified aging period. The pressure drop inside the bomb is measured using a pressure gauge or pressure transducer to assess oxidation stability.
The system consists of a stainless steel oxidation bomb, pressure measurement equipment, and a constant-temperature bath. The oxidation bomb features polished internal surfaces for easy cleaning and is designed to withstand a working pressure of 180 psi (1241 kPa) at 99°C (210°F).
The temperature-controlled bath accommodates four oxidation bombs at the required immersion depth. It features a digital touch-screen controller, overtemperature protection, and a stainless steel interior with a bomb support rack and overflow/drain arrangement.
Manufactured by Atico Export for reliable oxidation stability testing of lubricating greases in petroleum and lubricant testing laboratories.
