+91 98967 93832he Panel Coking Tester determines the tendency of finished lubricating oils to form coke when exposed to surfaces at elevated temperatures for short periods. During testing, a sample of oil is mechanically splashed against an aluminum test panel maintained at an elevated temperature. After the specified test period, the amount of coke deposited on the panel is determined by weight. The apparatus consists of a mechanical splasher, splash chamber, and sample oil reservoir. Test panel and oil sump temperatures are controlled independently by separate heaters with digital-indicating controllers. The mechanical splasher features a variable-speed drive motor with digital speed control. A high-accuracy variable-area flowmeter allows the introduction of a corrosive acidic atmosphere to increase test severity. The unit includes a digital countdown timer and a hinged safety cover with a fume removal port and safety interlock switch that interrupts power to the drive motor when the cover is lifted. Manufactured by Atico Export with a focus on precision, durability, and reliable performance for lubricating oil coking tendency evaluation.
