The percussion drilling set is designed for drilling in soils containing bricks, gravel or large stones, making it suitable for urban areas and industrial sites. It collects clean soil samples without using lubricants.

The set is equipped with robust extension rods and percussion gouges. Different diameters allow efficient and convenient drilling operations. This equipment does not replace diamond core cutting and is not intended for fibrous materials. It should not be used in dry glacial loam, as the soil must have sufficient porosity.

Rd32 connection :

The percussion drilling set features RD32 connection extension rods, while the percussion gouges are connected using coupling sleeves. This connection is suitable for firmer and drier soils. The rods can be attached and detached quickly. The coupling sleeve maintains a consistent diameter along the entire length of the connected rods, providing high strength and durability.

Important notes :

• Check that stones and bricks do not significantly exceed the diameter of the percussion gouges.
• Drilling can proceed if stones can be pushed aside by the cutting shoe or can enter the gouge.
• Oversized or immovable stones and bricks may block drilling and damage the cutting shoe.
• Cutting shoes can be replaced when required.
