+91 98967 93832Gear Lubricant Performance Tester evaluates the deterioration of gear lubricants under severe thermal oxidation conditions. The lubricant sample is tested for 50 hours in a standardized gearbox operating under a predetermined load. Elevated temperature and controlled airflow are maintained throughout the test, while a copper catalyst accelerates lubricant breakdown. At the end of the test, lubricant properties are evaluated using standard testing methods, catalyst weight loss is measured, and deposits formed on the gearbox surfaces and catalyst are examined and reported. The system features two spur gears and a test bearing housed in a machined stainless steel case with a removable window. A heavy-duty ball-bearing motor drives the gear assembly and is loaded by a 45 A alternator. A digitally indicated load bank maintains the standard test gear loading at 128 W generator output. The insulated heating chamber uses a high-volume blower, digital temperature control, and a programmable microprocessor-based recorder. A high-accuracy mass flow controller maintains the required airflow regardless of variations in inlet air pressure or temperature. Manufactured by Atico Export with a focus on precision, durability, and reliable performance for gear lubricant oxidation and performance testing applications.
