This kit contains apparatus for experiments on heat absorption, convection, and radiation, and allows the assembly of a complete solar collector system with thermosyphon recirculation, pump circulation, and heat exchanger.

Solar Collector :

• Converts solar radiation into heat using water as the energy transfer medium
• Enables measurable temperature rise after exposure to light
• Used with a reflector lamp acting as the energy source
• Includes removable front glass panes to reduce convection losses
• Features a blackened collector spiral with six loops and quick-release hose connectors
• Includes interchangeable black and white rear covers, insulation, and removable rear pane

Heat Exchanger with Pump Circulation :

• Transfers thermal energy between liquids
• Consists of copper tubing coil in a transparent vessel
• Circulation supported by a connected pump

Thermosyphon Circulation :

• Utilizes density differences in water due to temperature changes
• Enables natural convection and circulation through connected hoses and elevated tank
