Portable Digital Conductivity Meter for Oil Fuel and Petroleum Testing Instruments

The Portable Digital Conductivity Meter measures the electrical conductivity of aviation and distillate fuels, with or without static dissipater additives. It is designed primarily for hydrocarbon fuels, particularly aviation and jet fuels, and is suitable for laboratory and field applications. The instrument measures rest conductivity when the fuel is electrically at rest and uncharged. It consists of an electronic assembly and a stainless steel probe with concentric electrodes. When immersed in the fluid, a small direct current passes between the electrodes, and the resulting signal is amplified and displayed in picosiemens per meter (pS/m). The meter features single-button operation, a five-digit LCD, automatic test-cycle indication, temperature display in Celsius and Fahrenheit, non-volatile data storage, and automatic over-range and low-battery warnings. Its rugged, hermetically sealed design supports portable operation.
