Power Electronics Trainer PET V2

The Power Electronics Trainer is designed for comprehensive practical study of power semiconductor devices, their characteristics, triggering techniques, rectifier circuits, switching, and AC phase-control applications. It provides experiments covering SCR, TRIAC, UJT, MOSFET, IGBT, DIAC, PUT, power transistor, and power diode characteristics. The trainer also supports digital firing, UJT triggering, resistor-capacitor triggering, rectification, TRIAC switching, and AC phase-control experiments. It includes multiple power supplies, digital meters, semiconductor devices, capacitors, inductors, potentiometers, a pulse transformer, breadboards, and selectable loads for practical circuit development. The trainer is housed in a wooden cabinet and is suitable for hands-on physics and electronics laboratory training.
