+91 98967 93832Laboratory Pulverizer Ring Mill is designed to pulverize hard, brittle, and abrasive materials for laboratory analysis. It is widely used in geological, metallurgical, chemical, and mining laboratories for sample preparation before analytical testing. The enclosed pulverizing system ensures complete sample recovery while producing a final fineness of up to 75 µm, depending on milling time and sample characteristics. It is suitable for processing high-volume samples with an optimum filling capacity of approximately 3.5–5.0 liters.
Working Principle :
The Pulverizer Ring Mill operates using high-speed friction and pressure. The sample is placed inside a durable bowl made of hardened steel or tungsten carbide with a grinding ring and puck. As the machine operates, the ring moves in a circular or oscillatory motion, generating intense pressure that grinds the sample against the inner surface of the bowl. A motorized drive system powers the grinding process while the user interface allows adjustment of operating parameters. The enclosed grinding chamber minimizes sample loss and contamination, ensuring consistent and repeatable results.
