The SCR Single Phase Half Controlled Rectifier Ramp Firing is designed for practical study of SCR-based AC phase control and controlled power conversion. It provides a suitable platform for understanding SCR triggering, phase-angle control, inductive and resistive load behavior, and waveform analysis through hands-on experiments. The trainer includes a gate control firing circuit, inductive and resistive loads, a digital power supply section, and a potential divider for CRO measurements.
