Smart Cart Trigger Dropper for School, Colleges and Universities Purpose.

The Smart Cart Trigger Dropper is a dual-purpose accessory designed to remotely activate the plunger of a smart dynamics cart or release a ball from the side of the moving cart. It connects to the cart's accessory port and can be activated manually using its built-in button or remotely through compatible data acquisition software.

For conservation of momentum experiments, the device is mounted parallel to the cart to trigger the plunger remotely. For projectile motion experiments, it is mounted perpendicular to the cart to release a ball while the cart is moving. The ball can be released after a specified time or when the cart reaches a particular position. The device also supports programming through Blockly.

Working principle :

The Trigger Dropper is mounted in the bed of a compatible smart cart and connected to its accessory port.

Plunger triggering mode :

The device is mounted parallel to the cart. The plunger can be released by pressing the button on the Trigger Dropper or remotely through compatible data acquisition software.

Ball dropping mode :

The device is mounted perpendicular to the cart. A plastic ball is released when activated through the software. The release can be programmed to occur after a specified time or when the cart reaches a selected position. Students can observe the ball's motion relative to the moving cart.
