Anodized aluminum structure and main metallic elements in stainless steel.
This unit includes wheels to facilitate its mobility.
Diagram in the front panel with similar distribution to the elements in the real unit.
- Carbon steel water tank (volume: 40 l). It has one water inlet, one water outlet and two vapour outlets.
- Temperature PID control, set point max.: 120 ºC.
Temperature sensor, type “J“.
- Pressure working range: 0 – 0.9 bar.
- Electric heating element: 6 kW.
Polycarbonate heat-resisting protection screens.
Safety pressure switch (2 bar).
Safety level switch (the heating element will be switched off if there is not enough level).
- Electronic console:
Metallic box.
Main on/off switch.
Main switch at the back of the console (magneto-thermal circuit breaker).
Connector for the temperature sensor.
Connector for the level switch.
Connector for the safety pressure switch.
Indicator LED for the heating element turning on/off.
Digital display for water temperature (temperature sensor).
