Timken Tester for Oil Fuel and Petroleum Testing Instruments

The Timken Extreme Pressure Test Rig evaluates the extreme pressure properties of lubricating greases and lubricating fluids. A steel test cup rotating at 800 RPM is pressed against a steel test block, carrying the test sample into sliding contact. The load at the contact is progressively increased to determine the score value and OK load value. The system features a precision spindle mounted on a rugged frame, a loading lever with a spring-loaded pan, a friction lever with sliding weight and pan, a load cell for measuring normal load, a lubricating fluid recirculation system, and an automatic grease feeder. It also includes an oil reservoir with a heating system, a frequency-drive motor, dead weights, and counterweights. Manufactured by Atico Export with a focus on precision, durability, and reliable performance for lubricant extreme pressure testing applications.
