Transverse Deformation Jig

Specially designed for transverse deformation testing of tile adhesives and grouts in accordance with the stringent requirements of EN 12004.
Design is based on standard specifications for determining characteristics of adhesives used in internal and external installation of ceramic tiles. Ceramic tile adhesives can also be used for other kinds of tiles (natural and agglomerated stones, etc.) if they do not adversely affect the installation.

Specimen Preparation Mould :

• The set is complete with 6-piece capacity rectangular frame mould for specimen preparation, internal dimensions 280 ° 45 mm, thickness 3 mm.
• For testing in EN 12004, the mould dimensions are 300 ° 45 mm, thickness 3 mm.

Additional Components :

• The set also includes 6 pieces 10 kg weight with two handles for specimen preparation according to EN 12004.
