+91 98967 93832The Venturi Tube is constructed from transparent PVC, allowing students to observe water flowing through the tube. It features a constricted section and two pressure ports with attached tubing for measuring pressure differences.
The tube connects to a compatible general flow sensor using matching couplers. The sensor measures the pressure difference between the two different cross-sectional areas, while compatible software converts the measured pressure difference into fluid velocity or volumetric flow rate.
The slip-joint connections are designed for installation in a 3/4-inch PVC pipe network using suitable adhesive.
Designed and manufactured by Atico Export to meet the practical requirements of modern fluid mechanics laboratories and educational training facilities.
Working principle :
Water flows through the Venturi Tube, passing from a larger cross-sectional area into a narrower throat. This change in cross-sectional area produces a pressure difference between the two measurement points. A connected general flow sensor measures this pressure difference, and compatible software calculates the fluid velocity or volumetric flow rate.
