- Searle's Apparatus – Twin cast iron frames, levelling using spirit level, micrometer type scale, resolution: 0.01 mm, movement: 60 mm, twin chuck nut type mounting, upper mounting to ceiling using a wooden board (wooden board not provided), sample wire: steel wire of diameter 0.5 mm
- Weight Set – Dead weight × 1, known weight: 5 × 500 g slotted weight set
