Manual Filling and Capping Unit

This equipment is designed for end-of-line bottling. Pedagogical Objectives: Students must take considerable care during handling and pay particular attention to bottle temperature.

Technical Description: Bottles are held manually under the filling station taps until filled, then manually transferred to the screw capper. - 1 stainless steel double-wall buffer tank, capacity 80 L, insulated, with inlet, outlet, overflow and level indicator — absorbs bottle filling rate variations

• A support rail for holding bottles on the nozzles.
