Oil Extraction Screw Press Deluxe

An oil extraction screw press designed for laboratory work. Designed to press seeds, nuts or other fine biomass to extract oil. Additionally forms a cake which can be further purified downstream.

Seed or ground meal is gravity-fed to press from integral feed hopper fitted with manually operated shut-off slide. Thickness of press cake may be varied. Press is driven at discharge end through single-reduction helical gearbox with 4kW, four-pole, three-phase electric motor.
