Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger Series Deluxe

A miniature-scale scraped surface heat exchanger with built-in control and flexibility. Graphic representation of process on touch screen control panel. Parameters include margarine, shortening and ice cream processes.

A lab-scale crystalliser with scraped surface heat exchangers mounted on stainless-steel frame supplied with large 15.4 inch HD touchscreen and PLC control system. Working platform accommodates one or two barrels and variable speed pinworker alongside hopper and connection ports. Miniature-scale technology enables developers to run small trials providing information for scale-up to larger plant.
