Slurry Sample Splitter

Rotary slurry splitter/divider designed for sludge and liquid samples.
Equipped with a rotary table with variable speed control.
Reject liquid collects below the rotary table.

Working Principle :

• The liquid/slurry sample flows from the hopper through a valve system into rotating containers
• The rotary table distributes the sample evenly into multiple containers
• Reject liquid is collected below the table

Valve Options :

Two-valve version :

• Pneumatic valve for shut-off and opening flow
• Manual adjustable valve for fine flow control
• Suitable for pre-mixing (shaking) of sludge or dense liquids with sediments

One-valve version :

• Manual valve for shut-off and flow control
• Requires initial flow rate testing before operation
• Liquid flows immediately once loaded
• Requires operator skill for accurate sample division
• Does not require air

Additional Options :

• Removable auger for mixing material inside hopper
• Auger for mixing settled sludge in storage containers
• Wheeled cart with two shelves
• Door interlock switch
