Spray Dryer Deluxe

A bench mounted unit designed for rapid assessment of processes involving aqueous emulsions, solutions, suspensions and colloids. Suitable for beverages, heat sensitive materials, milk and egg products.

All-glass construction and design of the spray assembly minimises any possible contamination and produces a free-flowing, near-spherical powder. In spray-drying process, product is introduced in liquid form and emerges as dry, fine powder with minimal thermal shock.
