Analogue Cockpit Instrumentation System

The Analogue Cockpit Instrumentation System Trainer is a complete and fully functional simulation of a typical aircraft analogue cockpit. It includes essential flight, engine and pitot-static instruments for hands-on maintenance training and instructor demonstrations.

The trainer demonstrates the operating principles of gyros, altimeter and engine instruments and can be used for practical training in instrument removal and replacement. The system combines cockpit analogue flight instrumentation and engine instrumentation.

A three-degrees-of-freedom instrument panel permits full demonstration of attitude and directional gyro functions. The functional engine instrumentation system can be connected to engine sensors, while the analogue instruments operate manually. The trainer also provides engine sensor simulation, a pitot-static system and an instructor’s panel for fault insertion.

The trainer can be customized with sensors and indicators according to specific training requirements and supports practical tasks related to EASA Part 147 ATA-31-00-00.
