CIL Leaching Plant for Gold and Silver

This hydrometallurgical process plant is designed to recover gold and silver from oxide or low-sulphide ore deposits. It uses a carbon-in-leach (CIL) process to recover dissolved precious metals, making it suitable for low-grade ores and those with some carbonaceous material.

An initial gravity circuit is included to recover coarse, slow-dissolving gold and silver.

The plant includes:

• Single-stage crushing
• Conveying
• Primary grinding
• Spiral classification
• Gravity concentration
• Slurry pumping
• Cyanide leaching tanks
• Carbon stripping and regeneration system
• Refinery

Standard packages are available for the following capacities:

• 25 tonnes/day (1 tonne/hour)
• 50 tonnes/day (2 tonnes/hour)
• 100 tonnes/day (4 tonnes/hour)
• 250 tonnes/day (10 tonnes/hour)

This is a standard setup that includes the major components of a complete metallurgical flowsheet. A detailed engineering study may be required to identify additional requirements for optimal plant design.
