Monometallic Flotation Plant (Copper and Base Metals)

This process plant is designed for recovering metals from monometallic ore deposits using froth flotation. It is suitable for a range of base metals such as copper, lead, zinc, cobalt, nickel, molybdenum, pyrite, and sulphide-associated gold and silver.

The system allows selective recovery of a single metal or bulk recovery of multiple metals into a combined concentrate.

The plant includes:

• Single-stage crushing
• Conveying
• Primary grinding
• Spiral classification
• Slurry pumping
• Rougher flotation
• Three-stage concentrate cleaning

An optional regrind circuit can be added if required.

Standard packages are available for the following capacities:

• 25 tonnes/day (1 tonne/hour)
• 50 tonnes/day (2 tonnes/hour)
• 100 tonnes/day (4 tonnes/hour)
• 250 tonnes/day (10 tonnes/hour)

This is a standard setup that includes the major components of a complete metallurgical flowsheet. A detailed engineering study may be required to identify additional requirements for optimal plant design.
