Gravity Recovery and Leaching Process Plant

This hydrometallurgical process plant is designed for recovering precious metals from oxide or low-sulphide ores containing gold and/or silver. It uses cyanidation leaching for efficient extraction, particularly for ores without carbonaceous material that can interfere with recovery.

An initial gravity circuit recovers coarse, slow-leaching gold and silver. The process is well-suited for high-grade deposits.

The plant includes:

• Single-stage crushing
• Conveying
• Primary grinding
• Spiral classification
• Gravity concentration
• Slurry pumping
• Cyanide leaching tanks
• Counter-current decantation circuit
• Precipitation system
• Refinery

Standard packages are available for the following capacities:

• 25 tonnes/day (1 tonne/hour)
• 50 tonnes/day (2 tonnes/hour)
• 100 tonnes/day (4 tonnes/hour)
• 250 tonnes/day (10 tonnes/hour)

This is a standard setup that includes the major components of a complete metallurgical flowsheet. A detailed engineering study may be required to identify additional requirements for optimal plant design.

Separate packages for tailings thickening and filtration, as well as water treatment, are also available.
