Clean-In-Place (CIP) Station

This station automatically refills a 30-litre diluted detergent preparation tank with network water when a low level is detected, until the high level is reached. In washing mode, a preparation phase adjusts the dose of each detergent in a closed loop on the preparation tank.

Technical Description: When the dose is correct for the determined sequence, automatic valves are actuated to connect the system to be cleaned. A programmable timer determines the circulation time of the washing solution.

An inline pH meter with two thresholds and two relay contacts (on/off regulation)
A set of stainless steel piping and butterfly valves with pneumatic actuators
2 vibrating-blade level detectors for automatic filling of preparation tanks
2 detectors to protect the 2 pumps
A control and command cabinet with PLC, pH transmitter and control buttons
A display screen for commanding the various sequences
A cross-connection panel for manual connection of the station to various equipment (inlet and outlet connections required)
