Computer Controlled Aeration Unit Deluxe

The Computer Controlled Aeration Unit, is a demonstration equipment of the water aeration process to mainly eliminate odors and tastes from the water. It allows the study of the oxygen transfer characteristics by means of different air diffusion systems, as well as the study of the mixing process.

  The propeller agitators are used for mixing with viscosity higher than 2000 cp.

• PEAIC/CIB. Control Interface Box:
  The Control Interface Box is part of the SCADA system.
  Control interface box with process diagram in the front panel and with the same distribution that
  the different elements located in the unit, for an easy understanding by the student.
• All sensors, with their respective signals, are properly manipulated from -10V. to +10V. computer output.
  Sensors connectors in the interface have different pines numbers (from 2 to 16), to avoid
  connection errors.
