+91 98967 93832The user can very simply interchange displacement sensors and dial gauges to evolve the bench toward the instrumented version or revert to the base version, with no impact on the physical phenomena observed. This data acquisition and processing system is designed for PC use, based on the instrumented tension-flexion test bench. Pedagogical Objectives: The software enables: Configuration 1: study of specimen stiffness using the four tension specimens and two bending specimens supplied with the bench. Learn about Data Acquisition and Processing System manufacturers for optimal educational outcomes.. Configuration 2: study of strain distribution as a function of applied force — in bending (using the strain-gauge-equipped bending beam and force sensor, 4 gauge pairs show strain distribution including the neutral axis, plus one pair in another section) and in tension (uniformity of tensile strains; a fifth gauge pair measures transverse deformation to deduce Poisson's ratio).
Technical Description: The tension-flexion test bench is the base element for a series of materials strength experiments. In its standard configuration, it uses conventional measuring instruments — dial gauges — for elongation, deformation and applied force measurements.
