Hydraulic Press — 90 Litres

This step presses the pulp obtained after crushing and separates the juice from the waste. Pedagogical Objectives: Study of press yield as a function of hydraulic conditions at the module inlet (water pressure).

Technical Description: This system has the advantage of using only network water — no electrical energy required. Water expands the natural rubber membrane outward, compressing the pulp against the stainless steel mesh casing.
