+91 98967 93832The buffer tank constitutes a stage in certain water networks and serves as an interface between heat production and dissipation systems. Educational Objectives: Visualize and identify system components, perform an energy balance using parameter measurements, study the stratification principle, study energy storage, measure temperatures, flow rates and pressures, study a variable-flow circulator.
Its mobility within a water network is recreated among the educational equipment, which is why it is mounted on casters and equipped with self-sealing quick couplings that allow connection at the inlet/outlet of other thermal systems. System Composition:
The buffer tank and measuring instruments are mounted on a welded stainless steel tube chassis equipped with casters
A 200L insulated buffer tank secured by a 3-bar safety valve and an automatic air vent
3 needle thermometers for gradual temperature measurement in the buffer tank
The buffer tank can be connected to a production system and a dissipation system
4 needle thermometers on the production and dissipation circuits to be connected
A pressure gauge for measuring pressure in the tank
A float-type flow meter on the dissipation system circuit (primarily for circulator study)
A 3-speed circulator on the dissipation circuit
A differential pressure valve for circulator protection
4 flexible hoses equipped with self-sealing quick couplings for connection to other equipment
An IP66 electrical cabinet integrating: circuit breaker, start/stop button, emergency stop
