Instrumented Electric Boiler

This bench allows the study of an electric boiler without flue gas discharge and without fuel use. It includes all instruments for studying hydraulic production and electrical consumption. The welded stainless steel 304L chassis (25×25 mm) provides robustness for use in educational environments. The chassis is mounted on casters, two of which have brakes.

A 6kW boiler with: all-copper fire-retardant insulated heating body, flanged immersion heaters, variable-speed circulator, 8-liter expansion vessel, safety valve with pressure gauge and thermometer, aquastat 0/90°C (high temp) or 0/50°C (low temp), thermal safety with manual reset at 95°C (high temp) or 60°C (low temp), pressure switch (low-water safety), relays, contactors, silencer, progressive start-up via timers, connection terminal block, regulation terminal block, 2nd-speed load-shedding terminals
